He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Richard and Doris June Mladek (McMillen). He is survived by: his children, Marjorie Miller of Sterling Heights, MI, Matthew Mladek (Amy) of Bakersville, Julie Leahy (Jim) of Hillard and Jason Mladek (Tasha) of Bakersville; his grandchildren, Jacob, Ryan Miller, Chrissy Lyon (Bryant), Nathan Mladek (Kaitlyn), Jessica, James, Jennifer Leahy, Christian, Cassie, Carah, Cameron Mladek and Ciriah Elliott; his great grandchildren, Lenora Miller, Bristol, Maren Lyon and Madison Mladek; and his sisters, Diane Farkas (James) of Stanwood and Kathy Gonzalez (Rick) of San Francisco, CA..
