He was predeceased by: his sibling-in-law Jim Green; and also Jane Green. He is survived by: his children, Duane Green of West Lafayette and Denise Hayes (Mitch) of West Lafayette; his grandchildren, LeAnn and Darren; his sisters, Reva Hostetler (Marvin) of Fresno and Ruth Smith of West Lafayette; and his former wife June Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
