He is survived by: his wife Rachel A. Moore (Bacon); the mother of his children Donna M. Pyles (Barr) of Beallsville, Ohio.; his children, Craig D. Montgomery (Carol) of Senecaville, Mark A. Montgomery (Tonya) of Dayton, Teresa Renea Underwood of Byesville, Jennifer Ann Clark (Joe) of Baltic and Jason L. Moore (Kylee) of West Lafayette, Ohio; his grandchildren, Shane, Ashley, Hunter, Dakota, Seth, Jason Jr., John Thomas, Aurora, Bryce, Caeden, Mark II, Sean, Dylan, Scarlett, Stephanie and Paul Anthony; his great grandchild Rylan; and his sister Martha Lou Nelson of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and cousins.
