He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Webb and Phoebe Webb (Cooper); and his brother Bill Tucker. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Davis (Benjamin), Stacy Webb and Timothy Webb, Jr. (Allyson); his grandchildren, Aaron Lahman, Jr., Elizabeth, Vincent and Maggie Webb; and his brother David Webb (Patricia).
