He is survived by: his wife Karen Gierhart; his children, Michelle Veleba (Terry) of Fremont and Matt Retter (Mindy Wyss) of Fremont; his grandsons, Alex Veleba of Wakeman, OH, Kyle Veleba (Gabriella Gonzalez) of Dublin, OH and Cody Bowman; his siblings, Janice Davisson, Tim Gierhart (Val) of Oswego, IL, Dave Gierhart (Mary) and Clyde; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Rogers (Rick) and Marsha Forgatsch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
