He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Goehring and Helen Goehring (Hawn); his wife Marlene Knott; and his siblings, Richard, William and Imogene Goehring.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Sterling (Tom) of Fremont, Roger Goehring of Fremont, John Goehring (Becky) of Fremont, James Goehring (Rhonda) of Fremont, Michael Goehring of Fremont and Kelly Masella (Mike) of Tiffin; and his brother Fred Goehring of Fremont. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
