With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard R. Foster of Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Lola Marabelle Foster (Cypher); his son Michael Ray Foster; and his brother William "Jack" Foster. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Foster; his children, Rick Foster of Fremont, OH, Teri Smith (Mark Feigenbaum) of Toledo, OH, Lon Foster (Joni King) of Perrysburg, OH and Jon Foster (Elizabeth Hoyt) of Fremont, OH; his grandchildren, Carey Foster, Jennifer Williams (Corey), Janette Smith (Nathan Haye) and Kourtni Pratt (Jason); and his sister Janice Thaler of Gallipolis, OH.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
