Phyllis Heileman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Heileman of Fremont, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Macjiej Lotycz and Ludwicka Lotycz (Kupka); and her siblings, John, Joseph Lotycz, Edmond, Adolph, Edward, Stephen, Joseph Kupka, Lorainne Petonke, Dolores Raitz, Anna Rose Kiser, Stella Wilcznski and Angela Biehler.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Heileman of Fremont, Renee Rowe of Dayton and Michelle Lindsey of Dayton; her grandchildren, Richard Rowe and Katherine Lindsey; her nieces, Marcia Kiser and Cathy Hineline; and her nephew Jerome Kiser.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
