She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry F. Neason and Mabel Neason (Keefer); her husband Kenneth J. Willey; her sons, Thomas and Michael; and her sisters, Ilamae Smith, Carol Haubert and Alice Martin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lizzie and Bill Mohler; her daughter Martha Wise of Fremont; her daughters-in-law, Cheryl Willey of Clyde and Kathleen Willey of Findlay; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Willey (Catherine), Kristen Koch (Adam), Tiffany Middleton (Jonas) and Matthew Willey. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
