Cullen of Green Springs, OH; her children, Lindsay Barlage (Andria) of Sylvania, OH, Adam Cullen (Erica) of Green Springs, OH and Paul Cullen (Leah) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Lennon Barlage, Willamena Barlage, Faye Cullen and Howard Cullen; and her sisters, Claire Johansen of Tiffin, OH and Gail Peterson (Reggie) of Sitka, AK. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
