He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Kollman (Killen); his sons, Dakota Kollman and Kyle Humphreys; and his grandparents, Richard Phillip, Betty Kollman and Gwin Chandler (Kincaid).
He is survived by: his father John Kollman; his daughter Alisha Kollman of Fremont; his grandchildren, Ryleigh, Alivia, Kendall and Hayzel; his siblings, Angela Sherman (Randy) of Fremont, Amy Kollman of Fostoria, Jason Kollman of Toledo and Nikki Kollman-Baker of Fremont; and his former wife Tonya Hunter. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews; and 13 great-nieces and nephews.
Donations in Michael's name may be made to the family, in care of his daughter, Alisha Kollman.
