He is survived by: his wife Leigh Ann Faulkner; his children, Kelsey Johnson (Steven) and Kailey Hatfield (Daniel); his stepchildren, Skylar Mynarsky and Brody Baker; his brother Marc Faulkner (Stacey); and his grandchildren, Liam, Levi and Brinley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
