She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cleveland and Zora Cleveland (Frederick); her husband Jack E. Feasel; her son-in-law Grover Dowell; and her siblings, Virginia Ferguson, Maxine Speaker and James Cleveland.
She is survived by: her children, Jacquelyn Dowell of Fremont, Barbara Shearon (Terry) of Fremont, Douglas Feasel of Ellenton, FL, Robin Fernandez of Seffner, FL and Tracy Franks; and her caregiver Sheree Giesler. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
