It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marianne M. Bennison of Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ehrman and Helen Ehrman (Parker); her spouse Thomas L. Bennison; and her siblings, Mary Helaine Ehrman S. N. D. and George Ehrman.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Prater (Dallas) of Fostoria, OH, Ann Marie Darr (Anthony) of Fremont, OH and Thomas Bennison Jr. (Jeannine) of Fremont, OH; and her grandchildren, Joel Prater (Stacey), Dwain Prater, Thomas L. Bennison III (Rachel Patterson), Craig Bennison (Kim), Kyle Dukeshire (Michelle), Alexander Darr and Emileigh Darr. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory (425 E State St, Fremont, OH 43420). A prayer was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann's Catholic Church (1021 W State St, Fremont, OH 43420).
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Ann's Catholic Church.
