She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark L. Welch and Rheta J. Welch (Stevens); and her siblings, Nancy Ross, Shirley Bigler, Reba Richards and Archie Welch.
She is survived by: her husband Lew A. Smith of Fremont; her children, David E. Evans, Jr. (Wendy) of Findlay, OH, James A. Evans (Deanna) of Bellevue and Connie Sue Seamon (John) of Fremont; and her stepchildren, Lew Ray Smith of Cleveland, OH, Clint Smith (Teri) of Attica, OH, Harold Smith of Willard, OH, Shane Smith (Earlene) of Green Springs, OH and Bennie Smith of Fremont. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Foos & Foos Funeral Service (151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue, OH 44811). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
