He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Moore. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Moore; his children, Scott Moore (Susan) and Michaela Mielcarek (Mike); and his grandsons, Joshua, Mitchell (Rachel), Nicholas (Jessica) and Blake (Veronica). He is also survived by three brothers, two sisters, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, friends may send donations in Ken's memory to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
