He is survived by: his parents, Philip Bork of Fremont and Diane Bork (Gassner) of Fremont; his wife Christina Bork; his sons, Joshua, Noah and Lucas Bork; and his sister Ashley Bork.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (1509 Cedar St, Fremont, OH 43420).
