He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Starks and Alice Starks (James); and his son Jerry Starks Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Laura Starks-Carmon (James) of Columbus, OH, Darlene Starks of Columbus, OH, Charles "PacMan" Starks, Rochelle Starks and Elijah Starks; and his siblings, Willie Starks, JC Starks, James Starks, Daisy Newsome and Charles Starks Sr.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; siblings.
