Dorothy Alice Wheeler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Alice Wheeler of Fremont, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Alice Wheeler to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Wheeler; her parents, Jacob Ackerman and Anna Ackerman; her son Ronald Wheeler; her granddaughter Shanda Wheeler; and her brothers, Lloyd Boyer, Kenneth Ackerman, Donald Ackerman and Howard Ackerman.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene Hernandez (Robert) and Steven Wheeler (Cherie); her grandchildren, Jay, Eric, Michael, Tabitha and Abigail; her great grandchildren, Dominic, Jennifer, Madison, Logan, Camden, Miranda, Britney, Emma and Oliver; and her great great grandchildren, Carter and Logan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hanneman-Keller Funeral Home (416 S Arch St, Fremont, OH 43420). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Valley View Care Center Memory Care Unit.
