She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen May (Daniels) and Frank May; her husband Herman "Bun" Hoffman; and her sister Elizabeth Stevenson (Tom May). She is survived by: her children, Linda Amos (Tom), Diane Shull (Virgil), Patricia Kuzma and Joseph Hoffman (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Jason Shull (Katie), Ryan Shull, Julie St (Jon), Elizabeth Amos, Nicholaus Amos, Anthony Kuzma, Krista Kuzma, Alexander Hoffman (Kelsey), Makenzie Hoffman and Madison Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Austin Shull (Dominique), Patrick Shull (Kaytlin), Levi Shull, Tyler St. Clair, Trevor St. Clair and Hayley Mancini; and her great great grandchildren, Ashlynn Shull and Ryleigh Shull. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
