She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Baker and Georgia Baker (Hunt); her husband John Gefeke; her siblings, Mike Baker, Sue Gruber and Sandy Warchola; and her brother-in-law Bill Wagner.
She is survived by: her son Nathan Gefeke of Tiffin; her siblings, Linda Holcomb (Jeff) of Gibsonburg, Jennifer Wagner of Gibsonburg, Dan Baker (Katie) of Fremont and Mary Brockmueller (Larry) of Fremont; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Gruber of Fremont, Joe Warchola of Alaska and Janet Baker of Fremont.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory (900 North St, Fremont, OH 43420). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials in honor of Constance may be made to Heartland Hospice, Grace Community Church- Tiffin or Bethesda Care Center.
