She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Binder and Dorothy E. Binder (Rohrbacher); her son Shawn R. Smith; and her brother James "Woody" Rohrbacher. She is survived by: her husband Daniel P. McGowan; her children, Jeff Decker (Erin) of Wind Point, WI and Pamela Decker of Fremont, OH; her brother Joe Binder of Gibsonburg, OH; and her grandchildren, Abigail, Jillian, Megan Decker, Stephanie Snyder, Shawna Atkins, Victoria and Adrianna Magers. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
