Carmen G. Lerma Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2025, at the age of 96, Carmen G. Lerma of Fremont, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carmen G. Lerma to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carmen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Trinidad Gonzales and Natalia Gonzales (Sierra). She is survived by: her daughter Isabel Mooney (Mark); and her grandchildren, Veronica Ortiz, Reymundo Ortiz (Heather), Natalia Ortiz, Abbey Schnell (Dave) and Ashley Leibrecht (Brad). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory (425 E State St, Fremont, OH 43420). A prayer was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ann's Catholic Church (1021 W State St, Fremont, OH 43420).
