He is survived by: his children, Kristie Hoffman (Lyle) of Fremont, OH, Kevin Wolfe (Stacy) of Glendale, AZ, Brian Wolfe (Jody) of Phoenix, AZ and Marcia Cross; and his brother Herbert Smith of Sandusky, OH.. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
