He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bilger and Grace Bilger (Goodfellow); and his brother Roland Below. He is survived by: his wife Nanci Bilger; his children, Tanya Burkett (Mike) of Fremont and Shane Bilger (Stacy) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Tawnie Bishop (Levi), Tyler Binder (Kait) of Cherry Point, NC, Shelby of Lakewood, Hanna Bilger of Lakewood and Whitney Bilger; his great grandchildren, Nova and Liam Bishop; his siblings, Jeanne St John (Tim) of Fremont, Amy Wilt of Fremont and Shannon Ritchey; and his stepson Rock Siler-Wurst (Kim).
