He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Foos (Brooks); his grandparents, Carl, Esther Brooks, Paul and Marie Foos; and his stepmother Judi Foos.
He is survived by: his father Robert "Bob" Foos; his daughters, Courtney and Jessica; his siblings, Bobby Foos, Brent Foos, Bryan Foos (Tina), Brook Foos, Buffy Lemke and Ashely; and his stepfather Wayne Suter.
