He is survived by: his spouse Kurtis Hensley; his children, Denise "Nicki" Metz (David) and Richard Hensley; his grandson Michael Held of Fremont, OH; his brothers, Sam Hensley (Shirley) of Rogersville, TN and Joe Hensley (Judy) of Rogersville, TN; and his sister-in-law Mildred Hensley of Port Clinton, OH..
