She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Fox and Cleo Fox (Downing); her husband Paul J. Hoffman; her siblings, Bertha Snell, Phyllis Jennings, Wynetta Dauterman and Ivan Fox; and her stepmother Hilda Fox.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Hoffman (Debora) of Fremont, OH, Peggy Fowler of Cleveland, OH, Roger Hoffman (Mary) of Helena, OH, Norbert Hoffman (Margot) of Westerville, OH and Raymond Hoffman of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Melanie Hoffman, Scott Hoffman (Hannah), Jessica Hamstra (Matt), Adam Hoffman (Brandy) and Haley Bochicchio (Mike); her great grandchildren, Colton, Avery, Rylan, Charlotte and Emilia Hoffman; and her sister Nancy Hoffman of Helena, OH..
