He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Horn and Catherine Horn (Gegorski); his brother Robert Horn; and his grandparents, Alphons, Susan Horn (Snyder), Francis and Eva Gegorski (Kwiatkowski).
He is survived by: his sister Mary Ann Keiser (Richard) of Fremont, OH; his nephew Eric Keiser (Kelly) of Irwin, PA; his nieces, Heather Moir (Sean) of Elmore, OH and Melissa Dwight (Henry) of Crown Point, IN; and his sister-in-law Ellen Horn (Naderer) of Fremont, OH. He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews.
