Aniceto S. Puente Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Aniceto S. Puente Sr. of Fremont, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Puente and Concepcion Puente (Silva); his wife Dominga Garcia; and his sisters, Juanita Lopez, Lucianna Dominguez and Maria "Cruz" Narvaez.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Puente, Elvia Retcher (Timothy), Aniceto Puente Jr. (Jessica), Joaquin Puente (Carrie) and Eniria Puente; his daughter-in-law Melissa Puente; his brother Margarito Puente; and also Esperanza Cruz. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory (425 E State St, Fremont, OH 43420). A Mass will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (550 Smith Rd, Fremont, OH 43420).
