Allan H. Falk Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan H. Falk of Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Blanche Falk (Goldberg); and his cousin Stewart Miller. He is survived by: his father Dr. Nathan Falk; his close friend Bill Setzler; his husband William "Bill" Setzler; his in-laws, Denny Setzler (Josie) of Fremont, OH, Eric Setzler (Jessica) of Pittsburgh, PA, Cathy Frastaci (Jeff) of Pioneer, OH, Brian Setzler (Erin) of Newark, DE and Autumn Setzler of Athens, OH; his cousins, Natalie Miller, Linda Karn, Mitchell Skolnik, Ellen Miller and Allan; his caregivers, Carrie and Chris; and also, Kelly, Andy and Addison. He is also survived by father; and many friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory (425 E State St, Fremont, OH 43420).
Memorials can be made in Allan's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
