He is survived by: his parents, Scott Cunningham and Kayleigh Cunningham of Freeport; his grandparents, Harlen, Rebecca Smith of Freeport, Charlie and Donna Cunningham of Quaker City; and his great-grandparents, Larry, Shirley Wells of Freeport, Mark, Sherri Kramer of Tippecanoe, Donald and Nancy McConnell of Quaker City. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
