He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Denver and Loraine Goff (Edwards); and his grandson Alexander Michael Goff. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Gray of Freeport; his children, Larry "Dennis" Goff (Burnadette) of North Carolina, Brandi Gibson (Timothy) of New Philadelphia and Wendy Sheppard of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Brittany, Destiny, Larry, Ashlee, William, Jasmine of Chris, K. D. and Breanna; his stepgrandsons, Alex and Tyler; and his siblings, Rosemary Moore of Newcomerstown, Geri Goff of North Carolina, Richard Goff of Newcomerstown, Cheryl Kyle of Newcomerstown and Steve Goff of Uhrichsville. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
