He is survived by: his wife Lee Ellen Bower Fritter; his children, Tabitha Fritter of Orient and Mottley Fritter (Tara) of Wharton; his stepgrandson Blaze Hoffman; his siblings, Gregory Fritter (Linda) of Piedmont, Brian Fritter of Piedmont and Donna Jean Fritter of Smyrna; and his pets, Sparky and Dixie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Jeff's wife, Lee, would like to emphasize the importance of getting vaccinated to help stop the spread of COVID.
