He is survived by: his wife Gayle Styers; his daughter Rachel Mackall; his granddaughters, Jessica Gatton (Chris) and Kaitlyn Mackall; his great grandchildren, Evangeline and Esme Gatton; his sisters, Sue Deakins (Larry), Debra Cline (Dick) and Nancy Laird (Bruce); and his sister-in-law Lavada Lenendecker (Dean). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
