He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Glenn Smith and Ruby Kathleen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Laura Smith (Zak); his children, Charlie Smith (Tami), Jacquie Blankenship (Josh) and Dusty Smith (Lori); his grandchildren, Kiersten Crist, Ayden Smith, Tesla Blankenship and Tennyson Blankenship; his siblings, Linda Stanley (Frank), E. Diane Smith, Judy Jagger (Steve), Donald Smith (Joyce), Debra Madden (Gerald) and Michael Smith (Lisa); and his parents-in-law, Ben, Shirley Zak, John Zak (Rhonda), Douglas Zak (Jody), Steve Zak and Ed Zak (Andre). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
