She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Jenkins and Sylvia Jenkins (Henry); her son Ozzy Stroud; her granddaughters, Brittany Jenkins and Stacie Smith; her great grandchild Selene Smith; and her siblings, Galen Jenkins, Grace Daye, Phillis Jenkins and Lloyd Jenkins.
She is survived by: her husband Ernie Rousseau; and her children, Brandi Palms (Brandon) of Fredericktown, Carrie Rousseau of Phoenix, AZ, Bobbie Wallace (Bill) of Fredericktown, OH, Bill Woodring of Millersburg, OH, Nichole Rousseau of Portland, OR and Chad Stroud of Newark, OH. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
