He is survived by: his wife Jean Baxter (Simmons); his children, Richard Baxter (Jody Rogers), Christopher Baxter (Chris) and Veronica Cooper (Rufus); his grandchildren, Huntre Light (Paul), Jenna Rogers and Madison Baxter; his great grandchild Weston Ray Light; and his sister Cuberta Mosher.
