He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richard Franklin Wade Sr. and Mildred Lucille Wade (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Nora Lee Wade (Waggoner); his children, Justin A. Wade Sr. (Kiley N.) and Jesse M Wade (Ficken); his sisters, Margret A Wade and Julia D Ray (Wade); his mother-in-law Lillie M Conn; his brother David; his siblings-in-law, Shari Yaney, Jerry Alexander, Donald Waggoner Jr. and Rob Waggoner; and his grandchildren, Kaylin A Wade, Justin A Wade Jr., Violet L Wade, McKenna AJ Wade, Jace, Butterman and Elizabeth J Ficken.
