With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Krista Smith (Fredericktown, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2024 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Krista farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Krista is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Cliff Smith; her nephew Grayson Garn; and her parents, James Garn and Mary Garn. She is survived by: her daughter Amber Smith; her brother Erik Garn (Heather); her nephew Makenna Garn (Wyatt Garn); her cousin Ray Mahoney (Judy); and her close friend Brandon Mellott.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the New Life Community Church (9955 Mt Gilead Rd, Fredericktown, OH 43019).
