He is survived by: his wife Melinda Holston (Essick); his children, Richele Brinker (Tyler) and Jerry Holston Jr.; his grandchildren, Zane, Chase, Gage, Alana, Dakota, Danica, Mia, Macen, Elizabeth and Harper; his sister Sandy Bowen (Pat); his niece Holly; and his nephews, Mark, Caleb and Aric.
