He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Kuykendall of Fredericktown; his children, Traci Freese (Mike) of Ridgecrest, CA, James Napper Jr. (Holly) of Mount Vernon, OH and Shane Napper (Pam) of Caledonia; and his sisters, Barbara Whitehead, Mary Moore (Tom), Kathy Klema (Ted) and April Williams.
