It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold R. Brown of Fredericktown, Ohio, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott Brown and Mystle Brown (Clawson); and his sisters, Ruth Jones and Marie Grob. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Brown; his children, Steven Brown (Alverta), Stanley Brown, Susan Birie (Tim), Sheila Zieg (Steve) and Sandra Overholt; his stepchildren, Mark Wilcox (Theresa) and Kathleen Stewart (Doug); his grandchildren, Christopher Birie (Marianne), Elizabeth Birie, Matthew Zieg (Paula), Jennifer Marcucci, Shannon Donelson (Mike), Nathan Overholt (Dia), Brendan Brown (Sarah) and Anya Brown; and his stepgrandchildren, Erin Stokes (Malcom), Joshua Stewart (Larissa) and Stephanie Fickeisen (Tony). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
