She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Horn and Ida Mae Horn (Perry) of Crum; her husband Richard Diamond; her brothers, Russell Perry and James Horn; her grandparents, Von B. and Rebecca Perry; her uncle Arthur; her aunt Elsie Perry; and her nephew Arthur Gary Perry.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joyce Donaldson and Lana Gail Salyers; her nieces, Connie, Alice, Sherry, Debbie and Lisa; her nephew Jim; and her pet Lilly.
