She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonzo Balltrip and Laura Balltrip (Keaton); her husband Earnest Horne; her great grandchildren, Noah Beth and Kellan; and her brothers, Roy, Bill, Boyd, Glenn and Earl Balltrip.
She is survived by: her children, James Horne (Jean) of Temperance, MI, Debbi Smith (Tim) of Fredericktown, OH and Pam Van Horn (Duane) of Fredericktown, OH; her grandchildren, Heather Smith, Wade Smith, Laura Matheny (Matt), Emily Bosse (Bryan) and Bridget Lewis (Jason); her great grandchildren, Savannah, Tate, Max, Evan, Chiara, Isabella, Regan, Vanden, Nash, Deacon and Reese; and her brother James Baltrip (Louise) of Monroe, MI. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
