He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Payne and Bernice Payne (Hawkins); his wife Bethel Payne (Woolridge); his daughter Sally Payne; his brother Lloyd Payne; and his son-in-law David Mobley.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Payne (Margaret Sherer) of Fredericktown, Debra Mobley of Butler and Deryl Payne (Eny) of Fredericktown; and his grandchildren, Carl Payne (Stacy), Autumn Bachelder, Shad Nye (Colleen), Monique Nye-Grueser (Todd), Ty Nye (Allison), Pink Payne, Pilar Payne, Wyatt Payne, Ringo Payne, Lisa Siegfried and Michael Sherer (Nicole). He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Floyd's name may be made to the Middlebury Grange.
