It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Henry Erick (Fredericktown, Ohio), born in Sabina, Ohio, who passed away on July 6, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry F. Erick and Portia Erick (Brownell); and his sister Sally Erick (Brown). He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Erick (Birkey); his sons, Matt Erick (Tamara) and Scott Erick (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Noah, Malea, Laurel, Jack and Carson Erick; his niece Susan DeMuth (Brown); and his nephew Jeffery Brown.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Fredericktown Alumni Scholarship Fund, continuing Ed's legacy of supporting education and the community he loved.
