With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna K. Blackwell of Fredericktown, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ryland and Bertha Ryland (Crisp); and her siblings, Geneva Austin, Sidney Ryland, Theodore Roy Ryland and Polly Lusk.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Blackwell of Fredericktown; her children, Charles Blackwell of Fredericktown and Cathy Shepherd (Larry) of Fredericktown; her granddaughter Nicole Shepherd; and her siblings, Robert Ryland (Sandra) of Bucyrus and Sandra Surber of Galion. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
Donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
