He is survived by: his mother Eileen Hartman (Kinsy) of Mount Vernon, OH; his wife Dot Hartman (Dailey); his children, David Hartman (Amy) of Mount Vernon, OH, Douglas Hartman (Melissa) of Mount Vernon, OH, Sandy Hess (George) of Fredericktown, OH and Kimberly Bolton (Ruben) of Sunbury, OH; his grandchildren, Halie Hartman, Dylan Hartman, Kayden Packard Hartman, Keagan Hartman, Kyson Hartman Kaleb Hess, Kelci Hess and Macie Davis; his brothers, Kirby Hartman (Pam) of Massilon, OH and Jerry Hartman (Kim) of Mansfield, OH; and his brothers-in-law, Cecil Dailey of Fredericktown, Ronnie Dailey of Marengo, OH and Johnnie Dailey (Chris) of Mt. Gilead, OH.
