He was predeceased by: his parent Howard T. "Hod" Gerhart; and his brother Todd M. Gerhart. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gerhart (Smith); his children, James "Jimmy" Gerhart (Jennifer) of Pataskala, DeAnda Elliott (Andrew Bradish) of Mount Vernon and Stacy Brackett (Brent) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Austin, Hailey, Faith, Andrew Jr., Jessica, Brianna, Mikayla, Brooklyn and Owen; his mother Sonia of Bellville; his brother Scott Gerhart (Brenda) of Bellville; his mother-in-law Betty Smith of Fredericktown; and his friends, Patrick and Yvonne Lee.
